The Players Program
Our Players Program was created to reward the people who do more than shop at Apollo's Vault. It is for the players who show up, compete, build communities, teach new players, and help make the Vault a place people want to call their local game store.
Why We Created It
Limited TCG releases create a simple problem: demand often exceeds supply. We believe the players who actively support their local TCG community should have an opportunity to benefit from the products that help them play.
Reward Our Players
When allocations are limited, we want to prioritize the players who consistently participate in our local events and help support the community throughout the year.
Keep Product in the Community
High-demand releases disappear quickly. The Players Program gives us a way to reserve portions of select allocations for active members of our local player base.
Grow Local TCGs
Healthy TCG communities require players to show up. Supporting tournaments, prereleases, leagues, and other events helps us continue investing in organized play.
Who Is The Program For?
Players. Collectors. Competitors. Teachers. Community builders.
Active Players
Players who consistently attend paid organized-play events for their specific TCG at Apollo's Vault.
Community Members
People who contribute positively to the store, welcome new players, and help create the kind of community others want to join.
Community Builders
Players who bring friends, teach newcomers, help grow their game, support events, and actively contribute to their local scene.
The standard qualification requirement is participation in at least 10 qualifying paid events for the specific TCG within the previous six-month period.
- Qualification is tracked separately for each TCG. Participation in one game does not automatically qualify you for another.
- Regular paid tournaments and organized-play events count toward qualification.
- Prereleases and other qualifying special events count toward your event total.
- Free events do not count toward the 10-event requirement.
- Qualification is based on a rolling six-month participation period, not lifetime event attendance.
Community Matters.
Ten events is our standard qualification requirement, but Apollo's Vault is built around more than attendance numbers.
At our discretion, we may extend Players Program eligibility to members who make a meaningful contribution to the community even if they have not yet met the standard event requirement.
This may include players who consistently bring new players into the store, teach people how to play, help grow a specific TCG community, assist other players, support store activities, demonstrate good sportsmanship, or otherwise have a positive impact on Apollo's Vault.
We want to recognize the people who help build the community around them.

Player Allocations
Portions of select high-demand releases may be reserved specifically for qualifying Players Program members.
Player-Focused Pricing
Our goal is to offer qualifying players pricing as close to MSRP as reasonably possible on eligible releases whenever allocation and sourcing allow.
Access to Limited Releases
Qualifying players may receive access to preorder opportunities or limited releases that would otherwise sell out quickly.
Pricing & Allocation
The purpose of the Players Program is to give our active community meaningful access to products whenever possible. However, qualification does not guarantee MSRP pricing, a specific quantity, or availability of any particular product.
TCG allocations and sourcing costs can vary dramatically from release to release. Our goal is always to get Players Program pricing as close to MSRP as reasonably possible, but pricing ultimately depends on our allocation, acquisition cost, market conditions, and availability.
The quantity made available through the Players Program is determined by Apollo's Vault for each release. Player allocations may be limited per person and are available on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.
The Two-Week Rule
Player eligibility for a specific event or product release is determined using a cutoff date of two weeks before the applicable event or release.
Events attended during the final two weeks immediately preceding that event or release will not change eligibility for that specific release. They may, however, count toward qualification for future releases.
This cutoff allows us to determine qualified players, establish available quantities, and plan allocations before high-demand products arrive.
Players Program Terms
- Players Program eligibility, benefits, pricing, allocations, purchase limits, qualifying events, and requirements are determined by Apollo's Vault.
- Participation in the Players Program does not guarantee access to any particular product, release, preorder, quantity, or price.
- Product availability and player allocations are limited and may be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
- MSRP pricing is not guaranteed. Pricing may vary based on allocation, sourcing costs, availability, and other factors.
- Apollo's Vault may extend eligibility to community members who have demonstrated meaningful contributions to the store or local TCG community regardless of standard event attendance requirements.
- Eligibility for specific releases and events is subject to the two-week qualification cutoff.
- Abuse of the Players Program, disruptive conduct, manipulation of eligibility, or behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the program may result in loss of eligibility.
- The Players Program, including its requirements, benefits, pricing, eligibility standards, allocations, and terms, is subject to change, suspension, or termination at any time at the sole discretion of Apollo's Vault.
