3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Once an order is shipped, Apollo’s Vault is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Insurance is applied automatically to orders over $50. Customers may request delivery signature for an additional fee at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns on opened sealed products, singles, or graded slabs. If insurance was applied and a claim is approved, a refund will be issued. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability
Apollo’s Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. By purchasing from us, you agree that our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
